If you own a small business, you might take a look at Heap CRM. Unlike most in this space, Heap CRM is designed for the way small businesses work — making fundamental assumptions about how you run your company (e.g. you trust your employees). This allows for a simpler & easier to use design and a more fluid experience with other members of your team.
Some core features include:
- Dashboard functionality
- Messages (and files)
- Calendars
- People (Contacts)
- Leads, Opportunities, Customers and Archives
- Reporting
- Event Templates (Automation)
My favorite feature is the tight integration with email. Not only can you import mail from your IMAP or POP email account, but you can actually send leads, opportunities, customers, events, messages and files directly from their email program (or blackberry).
After a 31 day trial (yes 31 not 30), Heap CRM is priced at $9 for the first user and $5 for each additional user (per month). There is no commitment to continue subscribing any longer then you want, and you can sign up for your trial by answering a total of five questions.
Has anyone used this CRM system before? It’s got a very Web 2.0 layout and seems quite simple. Please share your experiences and comment below.
