I think you really get it right here. I look at it from the perspective of IT versus end-user. 

For example, even in the online banking industry, there are still tremendous ease-of-use problems for the great majority of cutomers who aren&#039;t that digital savvy.

People in sales do need to have things that are easy to use so that they can focus on what they are good at, not the endless distractions of complicated software.

Many designers and IT departments have a huge disconnect between what they think of as &quot;design&quot; which by this they mean something &quot;cool&quot; against functionality which all of end-users want. Functionality that aids us, not frustrates us.</description>
