The easiest way to get reps up to speed with CRM is to make the CRM easy to use and familiar. Avidian’s Prophet (http://www.avidian.com), a CRM built inside of Outlook, makes getting started with CRM really easy. Check it out.

I think Maoz is right. For large deployments, it is difficult to offer the 1-on-1 training that sophisticated CRM systems need to maximize value.

Users are usually just going through the motions from one How-To Tutorial to the next, and missing the on-site applications that could make their roles more effective.
