It’s related to ERP implementations, but many of the same priciples apply for CRM rollouts.

The main thing I would add to your list is to establish a performance measurement and benefits realization program to optimize return on investment. This includes setting performance measures, establishing targets, and conducting a post-implementation audit to ensure benefits are being achieved.
