Customer retention is most important during recession as it develops the goodwill of the firm and also improvises the relationship with the prospects. There are free CRM application available on Web which helps for the retention of the customer for longer period.

This has been the problem of every economy world wide. Good thing now countries have find a away to solve some minor issues to help recession. USA now is free from recession as what I’ve read on an article last month. God bless us all.

BPO companies such as Call Center companies here in the Philippines played a huge factor during the recession era. Because of the job they were able to offer to people. It helped a lot for those who where unemployed.

Well offcourse retention is needed to recover market specially after recession. As per my knowledge I think CRM plays vital role in it and helps to retain it.
