Our newly promoted product does all of the above, but adds a few integral twists to the CRM architectural success framework. All data can be managed and maintained in an online and offline manner. This is what we call working in a “semi-disconnected state”. This allows staff to wonder away from the office while still having the ability to access and update their “centralized” information. This is key for work at home outfits, on the road sales staff and many other applications.

On-Demand or On-Premise CRM solution? This is a good place to start when shopping for the right system for your business. Both have advantages however with the advent of the cloud, On-Demand solutions are growing at a fast pace and are offering great advantages. It is cost effective due to low installation and implementation costs, low maintenance, easy to use, you can have it up and running in no time, among many other advantages. At Intelestream, we have written a good whitepaper that emphasizes the differences between both systems, please visit Intelestream’s web page.
