I doubt this post will see the light of day, but what a surprise when I go to the Uniterra link (below) and search on CRM articles, to find a piece written by myself (but slightly and poorly edited) yet credited to one Mr David Cowgill.. unless he was just referring to the new title he decided to give my article.

An explanation at the least would be in order.

One wonders how much else attributed to him is the work of someone else?

Companies using 20-year old legacy systems will eventually adopt on demand solutions.

The most important issue now for on demand application providers is to create a platform of integration universal enough to talk to 1) fellow on demand apps and 2) popular recent on-premise enterprise solutions.

From what we’ve observed, CRM’s has beginning to grow. Due to BPO’s and Call center companies massive usage with it.
