Great tips! Once the CRM application is already implemented and sales force are trained, I guess it is more practical to declare for the management that they will only pay commissions for sales if the contract is in the CRM program.

A lot of companies still believe that CRM systems will solve their customer relationship problems. But the CRM systems are only as good as the data that goes into them, the intelligence extracted from that data and the tactical and strategical solutions that intelligence generates.
