Who is CRM Guru?

Hi, my name is David Cowgill, founder of CRM Guru. I created this blog to help others interested in learning about CRM. My posts include CRM software reviews, CRM news, and other general CRM-related stories.

I’ve spent over 10 years in a number of CRM Marketing roles at top-tier CRM companies including Oracle, Siebel, and most recently Salesforce.com. The experience I’ve gained during my tenure has helped fuel the passion I have for CRM and why I blog about it.
